Make sure to unzip your files before loading the products into Photoshop/Lightroom. Updated MACS & PC allow you to just double click on the file & it will automatically unzip!
The Overlays and textures are NOT actions, therefore you cannot install them into your action panel. They are jpeg files. To use them simply open the overlay/texture you would like to use into Photoshop like you would an image. From there you select it, copy it & paste it directly onto your image. Choose which screen mode works best, and then free transform it to resize/move to desired area.

No. What is in the bundle at the time of purchase is what you will receive. Any products added after purchase must be bought separately. Every time a new product is added to one of the bundle the price goes up a little. Storyville will run a opening day sale on each new product where the item is heavily discounted so customers that have purchased bundles in the past have a chance to snag it at a lower price!

No, while we are thrilled you like the Storyville products so much that you want to invest in yourself by purchasing all the editing tools we have to offer, all sales are final. So even if you upgrade to a bundle there will be no refund on your previously purchased products.

To import your Storyville brushes make sure your file is unzipped first then click the downward arrow by your brush on your top tool bar. From there click not the gear and select ‘Import Brushes’. Type in the brush you want to import.
To preview the shape of your brushes before use, click on the gear symbol again & make sure you have Brush Tip checked.
You have 2 attempts to download each file that you purchase. After this it will max you out. We do this to prevent emails from getting shared around.
