Choose which screen mode works best, and then free transform it to resize/move to desired area.

Storyville is NOT responsible for resending product links if your computer crashes or you misplace your files.

Absolutely not. When you purchase from Storyville the products are for your editing hands only! 🙂 Love our products? You are welcome to tell your friends about them because they will love them too! 🙂

Twice. Each link has 2 attempts. Given that the links are zip files make sure you are downloading them to your computer and not your phone.

You must first download the links onto your computer and then upload them & sync them to your phone through the Adobe Creative Cloud.

Once you have made a purchase it is final. You cannot add on a coupon code after or get a refund for the amount of the coupon.

No I am sorry, this is not something we do. If you booked some clients for 1 price & then ran a sale would you want your clients messaging you for a refund on the price difference? Sales happen. If you catch a sale- awesome. If you miss it, know the products are totally worth their price & more! Thanks for understanding! 🙂

No. Coupon codes are random and will be announced in the Storyville FB group. Not a member?  Join here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/369494193641354

No, while we are thrilled you like the Storyville products so much that you want to invest in yourself by purchasing all the editing tools we have to offer, all sales are final. So even if you upgrade to a bundle there will be no refund on your previously purchased products.

  • Make sure Photoshop is up-to-date
  • Make sure that your document is RGB. It will not work on color spaces other than RGB (e.g. CMYK, Lab, etc.)
  • If you’re on Windows, make sure you’re running a 64-bit OS with the 64-bit version of Photoshop. OpenCL requires 64-bit
  • Make sure Use Graphics Processor is checked under Preferences —> Performance. Then open up the Advanced Settings & make sure the first 3 boxes are checked
  • Note: If your video card does not support OpenCL v1.1 or higher, you may need to purchase an upgraded video card that supports OpenCL v1.1 or higher. This action requires a lot from the graphics card to run! 🙂

Information about your graphics card can be found in Photoshop’s Help > System Info dialog.
